Return Policies If there is a problem with your order due to damage, missing, under or over shipped items, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the goods to make arrangements for credit or exchange.

You must notify us within 15 days if you wish to return an item for other reasons.

You must contact us before returning items via phone or e-mail.

Goods must be in original condition. We will not accept goods damaged in return shipping. Used goods will not be accepted.

All orders are generally shipped within 72 hours of receipt, however allow 2 to 3  weeks for back orders.
